In 2000, we founded PT Rancang Adhya Selaras. This name embodies our primary commitment in beginning every design work — striving to produce results that are in harmony with the client's vision and the surrounding environment.
Our involvement in numerous construction projects across Batam Island gave us strong motivation to enter the consulting services sector, with a genuine aspiration to contribute to Batam's development based on the principles of sustainability.
Our extensive experience has contributed significantly to infrastructure and construction development in Batam. Situated in the densely populated Mitra commercial district, it occupies a prominent corner at a major intersection. It is designed as a row of upscale shophouses that are pedestrian-friendly and serve as a comfortable hangout spot for Batam's youth.
A four-story building featuring a façade design with carved panels and glass ornamentation. Window openings are optimized for natural light, complemented by vertical greenery on the rear façade to reduce heat gain.
Inspired by the *Tanjak*—a traditional Malay headgear synonymous with nobility and heroism—this element was chosen as a symbolic concept to represent Malay identity in Batam.
To accommodate the growing number of inter-island ferry passengers, we designed a six-story open-air parking structure capable of handling a large volume of vehicles for both short-term and overnight parking.
A modern design featuring a skybridge that connects the office building—situated above the parking structure—to the main BP Batam office. This eight-story building also includes fitness facilities on the terrace level.
An exterior design that blends function and aesthetics, creating an outdoor space that makes a striking impression at first glance—making every corner part of a comfortable and elegant living experience.
